1. Product pricing
Prices shown on each product page are the MRP, with any current discount already applied to the price you'll pay. Prices can change between visits as we update stock and offers, but the price shown at checkout, before you place the order, is what you're charged.
2. Delivery fee
Delivery is free on orders of βΉ299.00 or more. Orders below that carry a flat βΉ25.00 delivery fee, shown clearly in your cart before you check out β there are no hidden delivery charges added later.
3. Lab test fees
Lab test prices are shown on the lab test's booking page, including the home sample collection. There's no separate delivery fee for lab bookings β the price shown is what you pay.
4. Accepted payment methods
At checkout, you can currently pay by:
- UPI β Google Pay or PhonePe
- Card β debit/credit card
- Cash on Delivery (COD) β pay the delivery partner in cash when your order arrives
For UPI and card orders, payment is currently collected by our delivery partner at the time of delivery, in the same way as cash on delivery, rather than charged upfront online when you place the order β so please have your chosen payment method ready when your order arrives. We don't store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank details on our servers.
5. Order total & receipts
Your order total (item prices + delivery fee, minus any discount) is shown on the checkout page before you confirm, and again on your order tracking page and in your order history under "My orders" β this is your receipt for the order.
6. Failed or disputed payments
If a payment doesn't go through, your order won't be placed and you won't be charged; you can simply try again. If you believe you were charged incorrectly for a delivered order, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
7. Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders or approved returns are covered in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
Delivery fees, the free-delivery threshold, and accepted payment methods may change as we grow (for example, adding an online prepaid gateway) β any change will be reflected here and shown clearly in your cart/checkout before you pay.
