These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nirog24 website and app (together, the "Platform"), operated as a sole proprietorship business based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Nirog24", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or booking a lab test through the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Platform.
1. Who can use Nirog24
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account login (via OTP-verified phone number) confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. What Nirog24 offers
Nirog24 lets you browse and order medicines and healthcare products for home delivery in our Varanasi service area, and book at-home sample collection for lab tests. Products are fulfilled from our network of local dark stores/shops, and delivered by our delivery partners. Lab samples are collected by trained phlebotomists/lab staff and processed through our partner lab(s).
3. Prescription medicines
Some products are marked "Rx Required" on the Platform. For these, we may ask you to upload a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner before the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or partially fulfil an order if a valid prescription isn't provided, is unclear, or doesn't match the medicine ordered. Please see our Caution Notice for important safety information about ordering medicines online.
4. Orders, pricing & availability
Prices, discounts, and stock shown on the Platform are updated regularly but can change without notice, and occasionally a listed item may be out of stock by the time your order is packed β in that case we'll contact you about a substitute, partial delivery, or refund for that item. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once it's accepted and packed at a shop.

6. Your account & conduct
Please use the Platform only for genuine personal orders. Don't attempt to interfere with its working, misuse promotional offers, upload false prescriptions, or use another person's account or payment details without permission. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
7. Product information & liability
We try to keep product names, images, descriptions, and pricing accurate, but they're provided for convenience and can occasionally contain errors β always check the physical label, manufacturer, expiry date, and any prescription instructions on the product you actually receive before use. Nirog24 is a delivery platform, not a manufacturer of the medicines and products listed; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific order affected. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law (for example, for fraud or for supplying counterfeit/expired stock).
8. Health disclaimer
Nothing on the Platform β including product listings, lab test descriptions, or our health blog β is medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist for diagnosis, treatment, or before starting, stopping, or changing any medicine.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Platform grows β for example, to reflect a new service area, feature, or legal requirement. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
