Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

Nirog24 currently delivers within our Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh service area. Every order is fulfilled from whichever of our shops is nearest to your delivery address, and matched with a nearby delivery partner — this is what keeps delivery fast. If your address falls outside our current coverage, checkout will let you know before you pay.

2. Delivery time

Once your order is placed and packed, we aim to deliver in as little as 20–30 minutes for addresses within our core service area. The exact estimate shown at checkout and on your order tracking page is based on the real distance between the fulfilling shop and your address, and can occasionally run longer during heavy rain, traffic, or very high order volume.

3. Delivery fee

Delivery is free on orders of ₹299.00 or more; orders below that carry a flat ₹25.00 fee, shown in your cart before checkout. Full detail is in our Fees & Payments Policy.

4. Tracking your order

From the moment your order is packed, you can follow it live on its order tracking page — including your delivery partner's live location once it's picked up. You'll also get a push notification (if enabled) when your order is dispatched, when your delivery partner is close by, and when it's delivered.

5. At the doorstep

Please be reachable at the delivery address around your estimated arrival time. For Rx-required medicines, our delivery partner may ask to see the prescription you uploaded, or the original, at the time of delivery. If nobody is available to receive the order, our delivery partner will try to reach you using the contact details on the order before returning it.

6. Lab test sample collection

For lab test bookings, "delivery" means a trained phlebotomist/lab staff member visiting your address at your chosen time slot to collect your sample — there's no separate shipping fee for this. You can follow the booking's status the same way, on the "My lab bookings" page.

7. Delays & delivery issues

If your order is running noticeably later than the estimate on your tracking page, or there's any problem with the delivery, use the chat on your order tracking page for the fastest response, or contact us directly — see below.

8. Cancellations & returns
