Delivery charges & time
Delivery is free on orders of βΉ299.00 or more. Orders below that carry a flat βΉ25.00 delivery fee, added automatically at checkout.
We deliver from the nearest Nirog24 shop to your address, with an estimated delivery time of under 30 minutes from the moment your order is placed, for addresses within our Varanasi service area. Delivery times can occasionally run longer during heavy rain, traffic, or very high order volume β your order tracking page always shows a live, updated estimate.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for free any time before it's picked up for delivery (while it shows as "Placed" or "Packed" on your order tracking page). Once a delivery partner has picked it up and is on the way, it can no longer be cancelled from the app β please contact us directly if there's an urgent problem.
Returns & replacements
Because we deliver medicines and healthcare products, we're unable to accept returns simply for a change of mind once an order has been delivered β this is standard practice for pharmacies and exists to protect the safety of everything we deliver.
That said, if what arrives is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full. To claim this, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item β we'll arrange a free replacement or refund with your next delivery or, where that isn't possible, back to your original payment method. There's no cost to you for a genuine damaged/wrong/expired item claim.
