Please read this notice before ordering medicines through Nirog24. It's here to help you use the Platform safely — not to alarm you.
1. Nirog24 is not a substitute for medical advice
Nothing on this Platform — product listings, dosage text on a package, lab test descriptions, or our health blog — is a diagnosis or medical advice. Always consult a registered doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medicine, especially for a new symptom, a chronic condition, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you're already taking other medicines.
2. Don't self-medicate with prescription drugs
Products marked "Rx Required" need a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner — this isn't just a Nirog24 rule, it's the law. Taking a prescription medicine without a doctor's guidance, in the wrong dose, or for longer than prescribed, can be harmful. If you're unsure whether something needs a prescription, ask your doctor or pharmacist, not just the product listing.
3. Check what you receive
When your order arrives, please check the item name, strength/dosage, batch number, and expiry date on the actual packaging against what you ordered and what your doctor prescribed, before use. If anything looks wrong, damaged, or expired, don't use it — contact us straight away using our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Allergies & known reactions
If you have a known drug allergy or have reacted badly to a medicine before, tell your doctor before ordering anything new, and read the package insert for warnings and side effects. If you experience an unexpected reaction after taking a medicine, stop taking it and seek medical attention.
5. Storage & disposal
Store medicines as directed on the label (many need a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight), out of reach of children and pets, and don't use anything past its expiry date. Don't dispose of unused or expired medicines by flushing them or throwing them in regular household waste where a safer local disposal option is available — ask your pharmacist if you're not sure how.
6. Medical emergencies
Nirog24 is a delivery platform, not an emergency service. If you or someone else is having a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately — don't wait for an order.
7. Lab tests
Lab test results are provided for your doctor to interpret alongside your full medical history and clinical judgement — please don't self-interpret a result as a diagnosis or start/stop a medicine based on it without talking to your doctor.
8. Contact us
If you have any doubt about a medicine or how to use the Platform safely, contact us at support@nirog24.com — and for anything about your health itself, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
